Facebook makes some additions to my News Feed

I’m just like a majority of the web. Addicted to Facebook, checking it once a day to see what my friends are doing. Poking people. Watching funny videos about poking people.
Sometimes Facebook makes subtle changes and I never heard anyone reporting the additions. So, I’ll try to update everyone on any changes I see from now on. 
In my news feed I see a research poll. “Flyers, what most influences your choice of airline?” with 5 choices.
I didn’t answer the question because I’m not an avid flyer. But I think this is a great way to do research, although I wish the research poll would be more obvious, so it doesn’t blend with my news feed.
I’m also very interested in seeing how Facebook makes a massive profit in the future because the are behind Myspace in making money, although Myspace is smaller now.
